Pregnancy and Infertility

I have not had my  periods for 2 months.I just want to know from a female doctor what could be the reason for irregular periods?

I am feeling like something pulling from under at my c section Stitch and scar when I'm holding pee or waking up from bed and I can't feel the urge of urination after 18 days of C section delivery.There is no abnormal thing in my Please help me.

Sir/Mam! I had baby on July 1st of this year and post delivery I haven't had any complications. Now since 4 days I am getting pelvic contractions and pain from both the sides in the power abdomen. I had my date after delivery on 13th October. Please advise me.

What are the signs of labor pain and how can I tell it apart from other types of pain ? this is because,  pain could also be caused by gas, acidity, or other reasons. I don't want to go to the doctor every time I have any pain, but I also don't want to miss the onset of labor. So can you please advice how labor pain feels and how to distinguish it from other pain? When should I consult a doctor?

I've been facing uti and genital burning since 4 months after I recovered from e coli infection that happened to me after the use of tampon but now i don't use any tampons and only using pads still every month during menstrual cycle I get the same kind of minor infection but I'm unable to cure it. And its been so disturbing now. So what should I do to cure it permanently? I'm so worried.

I have endometriosis and I was on harmol tablets for one year. Since it's not safe for long term use I was asked to stop this month. After stopped its my periods now and I have unbearable pain. Meftal spas is not working for me . Which tablets can I take to control my pain ?

Oct 2021 got myomectomy surgery For fibroids In feb 14 was my last periods In first scan got to know I have again fibroids Doctor suggested me c section due to fibroids nd myomectomy My 36week started nd BP also 120/90 I got urine test it's saying infection On 30oct it's saying traces in urine Doctor suggested c section in coming week which is 37is it safe for baby

I am 7 weeks 4 days based on LMP. I have irregular periods of around 35 days. The scan today had a gestational sac with yolk sac but no fetal pole. The age mentioned is 5weeks 2 days. Is this normal or anything to worry on the delay?
