Ovulation pain
Age 38, After siphene 100 last dose, 13th day of period, i hv severe abdominal pain felt like swelling..is it because of ovulation? Next day, that is today,pain became less but nausea still continues.. I have suberosal (4.8cm) and submucousal(1.3 cm) fibroids also..

Please consult with your Gynaecologist. You should get a sonography of the lower abdomen done to see the state of the ovaries.

You need an ultrasound to find out the reason for the severe abdominal pain at the time of ovulation a little pain can be there but not severe Unrelated to the fibroids mentioned
