Which medicine is safe for period cramps keeping in mind breastfeeding two month baby and how often can we take it?

Is it safe to take drotin M or meftal spas after two months of delivery for period cramps. Safe for breastfeeding baby or any side effects to baby?

I had one small pimple on buttock which grew over cluster of 3-4 small pimple over a period of a month i tried to squeeze it now it seems flat but small area(where it was) feels bit tight and slightly raised it is not painful only painful if hard pressure is applied. Will apply antibacterial like mupirocin help?
