When i get my period after using 21days of femilon 0.15mg/0.02mg. Yesterday is the last of using medication When can i get my period

Can I take Duphaston and Folic acid tabs together in one go? Asking this because I have started feeling nauseous at night since the time I have been prescribed duphaston due to light spotting. And due to this, I take it along with my dosage of folic acid at night. So wondering if nausea is caused by taking these tabs together. Thank you to all kind Doctors for your time in advance🙏
