My amh level is 0.5, last cycle i take 5  hmg 75 injection but no egg growth now what will i do this cycle again can I take HMG injection give some idea

I had my period on 19th of nov and i had taken an ipill on 26th nov and also used protection afterwards. But today i had some bleeding  Can anyone please tell me why this happened ?

I have diagnosed with PCOS in my right ovary. Doctor didn't tell me to have hormone tests and only suggest to loose weight and said eventually hormones will become regulate as well as cysts will be reduced. No external hormones treatment suggested. I am confused about treatment. Is there other things to do besides of weight reduction. Please suggest. Is it necessary to have hormonal treatments or only weight reduction can help? Thank you
