Pregnancy and Infertility

I am in 16 days postpartum .my breast was fine before and there were no lumps. But after milk has been produced, a lump is being seen in the left breast which is over the erola area, hard, sometimes red and hot if touched several times or  if given warm compressor. It's been 3 days but the lump is not going. I am feeding my baby with this breast. Is this just a clogged milk duct or something serious? I can't understand. What should I do now? Plz help. I am horrified 🙏

I have 28days of cycle. Follicular size is 20X19mm Doctor has done IUI on 11 th day of cycle .But i am getting light bleeding after immediately of IUI . Why it's happening, what is the reason? Is it harmful?
