Pregnancy and Infertility

She have her periods 10 days late last month...and on visiting doctors , they found ovarian cyst of 2-3 cm...she has her thyroid level normal, and ca125 test is 6.02...but a little bit of higher prolactin level... Is ovarian cyst of 2-3 cm harmful?

I had spotting during my period time and there was no flow. I went to my doctor and she gave Deviry 10mg and used for 5 days and got period today but bleeding is too less.. better than spotting .I got scan and found that there is a simple cyst and dctr told it will disappear itself. attaching the report. Can you let me know how the flow can be improved.
