Pregnancy and Infertility

I have two follicles of 20.5 mm and 22 mm, I don't want to have twins as I am already having one child. My Dr has given me HUCOG Hp 1000 IC injection.

How much period cramps is normal? I have cramps that pain so much that I am unable to move or sleep. I cannot get up from the bed. It starts from my lower abdomen, back and till my thighs. I take pain killers (Naproxen or Dolo) for relief because it gets unbearable but the relief is only for 1-2 hours. Also apply pain relief balm. Should I see a doctor or is it normal? My bleeding seems normal. It's not heavy.

Hi my upt tested positive on 29 day of cycle where beta hcg was 50.4 doctor asked to repeat hcg test after 48 hours which is 31 day of cycle and it was 142 My doctor said it's a good value Is it a good value as it's tripled in 48 hours ?

My wife age is considered as 32 instead of 34 (actual) in double marker test. Doctor told it's low risk. Will this age difference have any impact on test results

Anomaly scan at 20 weeks showed cisterna magna which measured 10 mm. Please guide if this is concerning and what can be done further for this.
