Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi,  about 1 week before my period starts, I have sleep deprivation. I will sleep one night and stay up the next whole night obviously due to no sleep the previous night and this circle keeps continuing till my period starts. Is this normal?

Hey, I need help understanding my menstrual cycle. I had my period on October 10th, which lasted for 4 days. Then, unexpectedly, I got my period again on October 23rd. I consulted a doctor, and she prescribed medication to stop the flow, mentioning that it was an anovulatory period. Now, I'm confused about when I can expect my next period. I have PCOD, and my periods are usually late, with a cycle of 35-40 days. To get an idea, I decided to take ovulation tests, but they consistently come back positive. Can anyone help me understand what could be my expected period date?

After how many hours/days of white discharge does ovulation happen? If I am getting white discharge for around 4 to 5hrs, then after how much time ovulation happen?

I have checked beta hcg 2 time  with three day difference and both the time the value was less than 3 means first time was 3 and then test from another lab then it was 1.2 . But still lower abdomen is paining ??? Why is it soo???

Took regestrone to get periods last month and got my periods will my periods come naturally this month? Or I have to take medicines again?

Recently I have undergone laproscopy surgery. In that doctor told that I have a endometriosis problem and she burned that tissues during surgery and sent small tissue for lab. In that reports they have given a conclusion about endometrial tissue is " section shows multiple endometrial tissue bits composed of tubular to tortuous endometrial glands lined by columnur epithelium in an oedemoutous stroma". What it means and for how much time that endometrial tissue will start to grown again for me.
