Asherman syndrome is very rare without any uterine surgery. For asherman to develop the endometrial has to be completely curetted out and it doesn't happen in endometritis

Asherman’s can happen without uterine surgery also but very rare unless patient some medical conditions. It can be caused by endometritis also but it was not the only cause.
