Asked for Female, 26 Years

Am 26 years old and pregenanat of 13 weeks and 6 days. I had my first trimester screening test and the result is NT 2.67mm borderline Fetal thorax -cardiac apex is on left side. Echogenic intracardiac fous measuring 2mm noted Am i have a risk chance to baby with down syndrome
