Can I take the Total beta- HCG test 3hrs after having breakfast Or do I need fasting? Please guide.

I had heavy flow 5 years ago. After that I had hyperprolactinemia can gained 20 kgs I was 55 and because of that I gained weight till 72 kgs. I am 5'6 and now my weight is 65 kg. Which means normal bmi. Hyperprolactinemia is treated no other hormonal problem like thyroid or pcos. But still I have scanty periods 2 pads on day 1.. 2 pads for day 2 ... 1 pad for day 3.. what's the reason? That makes me so anxious.. I never had uterine surgery but I think I have Ashermans syndrome because of the symptoms
