Pcod suggestion
I am a pcod patient and lil overweight and i used to take fincar and meprate for more than 1 yr. Then my gynaec stopped my medicines and then also my periods tend to come but the cycle was not normal. I only take aldactone for my hairfall problem. I never took myo- inositol or metformin tablets in my life. But i heard about it's benefits. Please tell me that If I dont have high blood sugar levels, will myo-inositol and d chiro inositol work for me, i.e, help in pcod management and overall good menstrual cycles?

Even without high blood sugar level you should take Myo-inositol and d Cheiro-inositol tablet because it increases the sensitivity of insulin to blood sugar levels as well as other organs, ovaries being one of them. Then the functioning of other organs is optimised.
