For the past year, I have been experiencing irregular periods. After a basic hormone checkup and ultrasound, I found that my LH and FSH values are high, while all other hormones, such as prolactin, insulin, and thyroid CBC, are normal. During an ultrasound, it was discovered that my left ovary has PCOD. Cordial syrup and Ginette 35 tablets, along with regular exercise, are beneficial in my case or not.
