Hi doctor, I got a US done as it was paining on my left side.Turns out it is 3 cm haemorrhagic cyst with multiple septations in left ovary. Lab consultant advised me to wait for two cycles as it usually dissolves on its own. I am really worried, should I go for some other tests or should I wait?

I've been bleeding for three weeks now the first 5 days I was just spot bleeding then I started losing a lot of blood with big blood clots that lasted for 7 days now the blood clots have stop but Iam still bleeding it's now been three weeks and I've been feeling tired and light headed please can u help
