Since last 5 months there is irregular periods every alternate month.ex-if in March it's on time then in April it's late by 15-20days, but this month it has been more than 26days.Am I suffering from any serious health disease?My doctor said its because of stress and lack of exercise.She recommended me Menohelp Ayurvedic syrup.Is it seriously normal
