Pregnancy and Infertility

We are married for last 3years,and planning for the baby since day 1 of our marriage,but nothing is successful,my wife was having chocolate cyst in her left ovary which was removed by laparoscopic surgery in Aug-2016,now once again when we had a scan recently we came to know that the chocolate cyst has once again recuured but it's only 2cm,help????

I've realised that every time I have a orgasm during and after the orgasm for about 3 mins I can't physically move at all not my hands my body nothing is this normal

My period date was 15 july nd me nd my hsbnd physically on 23 july but i started unwanted 72 nd took on 27 july after that on 29 july,31jy nd2 agst i took again but on 7 agst i was fleeing pain in my stumach nd light bleeng on 7 agst only for once time. I want to consieve child what should i do
