Having heavy bleeding from 15 days and irregular periods from last 2 yrs. endometrial thickness is 19mm, my age is 47 yrs, doctor suggested d&c and biopsy + papsmear test and to insert mirena and t.sysron 15mg

I didn't get my periods for 3 months and a doctor advised me to have deviry for 5 days. I got periods after the medicine. Do I need to take any medicine further to get periods regularly or is there no necessity to take anything further ?

Is dominant follicle sized 16 mm , before ovulation or after ovulation. . I want conceive from last 2 months . my MC is of 26- 30 days in last month it was of 28 days . I have done Sonography on 20 th day from First day MC , report shows dominant follicle with 16 mm size , please suggest which is the right period to have a love making

My thyroid panel reading is as follows;T3-58, T4-3.9, TSH-9.06. I'm 35(F) old, 5.7", 68.5kgs and on 50mcg of Thyronorm. I eat healthy home food. And yet,I'm sluggish all day. Feel like my throat puffs up through the day, have difficulty in breathing.Have Abdominal obesity. Do I need to change my dose? Also I'm unable to conceive;trying since 1.5yrs

My Wife have a cyst of 12cm in her right ovary. Doctor has advised for laparoscopy . Is it ok to go for laparoscopy without MRI Scan. We did Ultrasound twice on interval of 21 days. Is it compulsory to know the nature of cyst before Laparoscopy or can we simply get the cyst remove without MRI.We cosulted sm other doctor she is asking of MRI first.

Having pinching sensation in utreous and anus..it has become hard to sit and their is pain while excretion. Lower abdomen is paining badly it feels like come thing is constantly pinching from inside

Started birth control, caused very heavy bleeding and so I stopped taking it after 2 weeks and now I have heavy period with clots. Is this normal
