Can I drink water before taking thyronorm 25mg tablet on empty stomach? Or it should be taken in empty stomach only

Bleeding is occurring anytime randomly past one month(Menstrual bleeding). I am 40 and it might be due to the fact of menopause.. So take this also into consideration.

I just finished my period and my breasts are still very sore it's strange for me because usually a week Before my breasts will be sore because I would expect my period and The soreness will go away but this month it did not and it's been sore my whole entire period cycle and after I finished what could be the cause of this ?

I had a D&C the 12th of October, I was hurting so bad couldnt move at all kept calling my doctor told me it was normal! after I talked to another I was told get to the hospital right away. Come to find out my doctor left almost the whole placenta inside me so they had do another D&C less than 48 hours.now im still bleeding and sore is this normal? I m diagnosed with pcos and doctor prescribed me some medicine so that the size of the fabroid may not get large, I had that medicine for 14days and then I stopped my periods were due on 1st October but constantly getting delayed now taking deviry from 4days when I get my periods ?
