Had period went off came back 2 days later bleed heavily for 4 days now I have shortness of breath, while laying down I can feel my heart flutter I also get light headed and have constipation. I am 26 years old my tubes are tied and I have 3 daughters. What does this sound like?

I got married in Feb 16. We wer not in contact properly.. my periods became irregular suddenly...It was 10 to 15 days late. M not able to conceive now.

4 weeks ago i do medical abortion without consult of a doctor after 10 days i do an ultrasound scan and in the report show that i have small cyst in my ovary also free fluid are seen in Douglas. Now i am having cyst medicine from that day but from last two days i am gettingtoo much heavy bleeding which is heavy than my normal periods. So please help me out in this situation. Is this normal because of having abortion pills or not?!
