My mom got a test of CA 125 and the result is 3.85 what should be the correct value?

My periods are not coming from past 3 months, i wonder why . I request you to suggest me some valid reason and medication in that regard.

I had copper coil 3 months ago. Had pain when on period but that's all. Now I had a shorter less heavy period and suddenly started bleeding again a week later then sudden pain in left lower abdomen. Constant pain in lower pelvis/abdomen. Bloated, struggle to pass stool now pressure when urinating. Feel nauseas .

A week after taking the pill I started bleeding, so I went to the doctor and they said it was just the rest of the lining shedding itself. I am 49 years old. I've been menstruating since two months after a gap of 1 year, though just spotting. But since a week now the flow is very high where I need to change my double padding 5-6 times a day. My gynaecologist had advised me to take Pause 500 which I've been taking twice daily since the last 3 days. But there is no improvement in my condition. Please help.
