I have taken dear 21 all table regularly but not get my period . What to do?

I had my period a month ago. A week later I took the morning after pill. A week after taking the pill I started bleeding, so I went to the doctor and they said it was just the rest of the lining shedding itself. So my regular period was due 2 weeks after the hospital visit and never came. Now it’s 2 weeks late and I haven’t started. Should I take a test?

It’s been 1.5 months that I have given birth to child and I am giving breast feeding to my baby so is it safe to have emergency contraceptive pills?

I recently started the birth control patch and my period has been almost 2 weeks now. Before the patch, I also just got my copper IUD taken out and had to take the morning after pill. Would all of this explain why my period wont end?

My gynaecologist had advised me to take Pause 500 which I've been taking twice daily since the last 3 days. But there is no improvement in my condition. Please help.
