My friend took 20 pills in 50mg of thyronorm. What causes for this now? May it leads death. He is n hospital?

US; 6x6 x 3 x 3x4 Endo; 2mm atrophic Ovary; normal limits left Cyst; 5.2 x 4.7 x 42 Now Uterus US; 7 x x 4.3 x 2.6 cyst 5.7 with small mural nodule what’s this? Risk of ovary twisting? X

My wife is 7 days late to period. She got faint positive result for two tests done yesterday and day before yesterday. Took one more today evening which is negative. What to do now?

I am having my period every week almost with just a gap of 2 to 3 days in a month since last month. I am on medication as I had met with an accident in Aug 2017 . I am 45 year old, i went for a sonar and the doctor reported to me today that I have a fibroid in my uterus in the anterior portion measuring in size 56 x 45 x 51mm and a ovarian cyst on the right side measuring 57 x 36 x 46mm. I am very concerned please tell me what i can do ? also my haemoglobin is sitting on 4. and I bleed excessively when I have my menstruation. and I have anaemia. Dr. recommended that i have my womb removed. Is there other treatment, please help.
