Hi I'm ruman bhagat my sis is suffering from ovary cyst last 4 years her cyst in both side size is 54.6/34.6 mm and 34.6/21.5mm please suggest me what I do

B/l cysts could be due to infections , endometriosis ,dermoid , hydrosalpinx etc. Management depends on nature of cyst , symptoms , fertility status , marital status etc. Consult directly for further management
