I have veginal yeast infection shall i take clingen forte..? There is any side effect

I took krimson 35 and i am feeling bloated and nausea. P.s i didnt get period for a month so i had tomontrt krimson35.

Sir my wife took unwanted kit one tab in night before sleeping and four tabs in morning vaginaly.she had very less bleeding that day along with stomach cramps and bleeding stop.now it's third day no we are worried pls advice.

Sir/Mam, i am 4 & 1/2 months preganant and from 2-3 days i am feeling slight pain approx 10 cm below my navel.The pain use to be intermittent sometime and sometime continious.When i use to walk then i fell this type of pain.Kindly help me out whether this pain is normal during this phase or some problem is there. My another question is,before conception i was suffering from harmonal disbalance for that one of gyneo Dr has pescribed me to take one Duphastron tablet daily,and it is now my 4 & 1/2 months of my preganancy but still doctor saying to take this tablet two times daily,do this tablet have any side effect on the baby or my body,as i have stopped taking the tablet since last 10 days.

I often have irregular periods. Sometimes I do not get periods for even 4 months. This probem is from very beginning when I got my first period and now it has been 11 years and still I am facing the same problem. I am really worried as this will affect me when I plan to have a child. Please advise what is going wrong and how I can get it corrected so that I have my periods normally
