I have been suffering from Pcos .My right ovary measures 2 9×1.65cm&left ovary measures 2.9×1.66cm

For 73×94×83 mm Uteres Bulky Operation Needed ???? Or Medicines Will Cure It ??

I’m a 20 y/o female that has had regular periods for awhile now. They last about 3 days and the first day is always the worst. Today, I woke up with the regular pains but as the day went by, it got more and more intense. I started sweating and crying because nothing was working. Usually a hot pad is great with some Advil but it was just this unbearable pain that kept contracting. I took out my tampon and that helped a little. I have work all weekend and am not sure what to do.

When I started my periods I used to do up to 6 days but now it's 2 or 3 days what could be the problem? I am 42

Good day doc! Hihingi po sana ako ng recommendation niyo po kasi always po na dedelay yung menstruation ko. Noong High school pa po ako umabot ng 5 months yung delay ko po. Ngayon ko lang po napagtuunan ng pansin kc dumadalas na po like delayed for two months palagi. Pero sabi ng mama ko ganito din po siya noon pero gusto ko lang po makahingi ng payo sa inyo.
