I used prega news one line was dark othrr was light....but i had mtp kit pills course and bleeding occured for 2 days...and finshed after 2 days...wat does that indicate?

I am having irregular periods since I was in my teens.I got married last year we are trying for a baby since few months. I had delayed periods for 4 months so went for consultation where I was diagnosed with thin endometrium and pcos. My doc has put me on Rejumet and MetItal for 3 months and gave Sustain SR to get periods.Got my periods and it's been 25 days now I am getting back ache and breast pain.Also with slight body temperature.Doc advised me duphaston for pain.Will it harm if I conceived.
