Severe pain below stomach,like in periods,After 7-8 days of periods,with occasional white discharge,pain is irregular...since 2 days

I am 27years old.I have been using Meprate since 3months for regularising my period.I am having PCOD.I take Meprate twice a day (for 10days in each month).Today I was having some indigestion problem and so after having my lunch nd the Meprate in d afternoon,almost aftr 45mints i vommitted my good taken in d lunch,nd so m worried dat weather by any chance I have puked out the Meprate.Do I need to take it once more (other than the dosage at night)????/or else whether it had got diluted in d stomac

Iam treating for for getting a child.. In past i suffered 2 miscariage. Now iam treating for a baby. My husband have count problems. Dr told me to have follicular study. And the report was 20*15mm on right ovary follicle 16*11mm on left ovary follicle 8 mm on endometrial thickness. Fluid in POD Is nill... Is it normal. Is there any problem my report...
