I have stomach pain due to water bubbles formed in uterus,month periods are not correct

Hi my Aunt is diagnosed with PCOS and following is the clinical impression : Complex right ovarian cyst causing mild right hydronephrosis cyst size : 12.8*8.8*13.2com(volume -785cc doctor suggested her to remove the ovary and uterus surgically. She had c-section twi.ce . Is it suggested to go ahead with the surgery and does that cause any affect on health

I have Masturbated hard ..and i am late for my periods for 2 months what can the problem be?

Hi doctor. I had a leg fracture and ligament injury due to which I was under medication. I was taking Macalvit, macbnte, pulmocet cv and flanzen. I was 2 months late for my periods. And I went to gyne and she asked me to eat meprate. But still after 4 days of medication, still no sigh of periods.
