Pus cell -- 4-6hpf Epithelial cells -- 5-6hpf Red blood cells -- 0-2hpf Yeast cells -- absent Others -- absent Direct gram stain -- No gram negative diplococci WHIFF TEST -- Negative Culture -- No growth after incubation at 37°c for 48 hrs
