Pregnancy and Infertility

It is not related to medical query. Just an emotional query. I am having 3 years kid. 6 months back I had conceived which we were not expecting and it was fully unplanned, still not sure how it happened. Initially we thought we will continue. But at that time my first kid was 2.8 yrs and he was taking breast feed. We tried to stop breastfeed, but suddenly it was very difficult to stop as he cried all over the night and at 2.8yrs he was not mature enough to understand the things & we felt bad for him. Also, we stay alone outside & no one here to support us. Considering above all factors we decided to abort and did it on 5th week by taking medicine given by doctor. After that my husband felt bad, guilt & depression. Considering emotional breakdown, we stopped breastfeed to our kid after 4 months post abortion & trying to conceive since last 3 cycle. Had we killed a life in 5th week? Have you done wrong by abortion considering my first kid factors? Please provide your honest opinion on it

I had contraceptive pill (Navela 1.5mg) after four day of pill i got my periods 12 days earlier.. its fourth day of my period which accompanied with light abdomen nd lots of back pain.. Should i be worried Or its normal Pls guide me as i m out of india Nd dont know any dr here

I noticed very less brown red dark like bleeding (did not see it instantly but noticed in my inner after sometime). It has happened after 8 days of ovulation (ovulation was checked by follicular monitoring). What does this mean?

I donot have flow during my period and it is only spotting last time also it was same and as per dctr i did use Deviry and flow was normal.ultrasiund was done and found a simple cyst in right ovary and dctr told it will go after 3 cycles... This time also period was late for 5 days and only spotting no flow. I am not pregnent. Is there any way to increase period flow. My other blood work thyroid and prolactin was normal lastmonth

I want to connect with any gynaecologist who can give me a medical certificate by charging Nominal fee that I had intense pain during periods and I need bed rest for three days..so that I can show this to my employer to claim leave. Moreover, this is not fake. I do suffer from such pain during my menstrual cycle.

I had miscarriage and d&c... After d&c my period flow reduced..only 3 pads for 3days..and I'm not able to conceive again.. Shall I go for hesteroscopy operation..

Taking deviry 10 mg for 5 days after that beta hcg blood test done...is it effects the blood test???
