Pregnancy and Infertility

In 2020 I was diagnosed bilateral ovarian endometriomas. Usg report: LO cyst size: 6.5*5.7 CM & RO cyst size 3.6*2.4 CM After that doctor prescribed Emersa 2mg and follow up. After 3 years used of Emersa 2 mg LO cyst size: 3*3 CM & RO cyst size 1.7*1.3 CM Stop dienogest for 3 months and get 4 Normal menstruation without pain. After that usg report: LO cysts size: 3.6*3.5 & 4.5*3.0 CM & RO cyst size: 1.8*1.5 CM. Again start emersa 2 mg for last 1 year. Recent usg report: LO cysts size 3*3 CM & 2.6*2.6 CM. RO appears normal in size and echotexture. * I'm unmarried girl of 29 years almost and want to marry in last of 2024. Presently my problem is that I'm suffering from anxiety and stress. Before using Emersa i have no anxiety or stress problem or headache . But for last 1 year I am suffering from that. Is this anxiety because of Emersa? Can i conceive naturally as I hear that endometriomas caused infertility?

25th dec I had miscarriage .now I have light bleeding its any issue or its my periods .3 rd jan I went to hospital for review scan they told gravity normal

Hi, my wife is 31.2 week pregnent. Today we had a usg and doctor said the baby head size Is bit large. Also doctor told to check omfor diabetes. She already was checked for diabetes in 25th wk and it was normal. Is it to be concerned that head size is big? I dont have todays scan report. But i have a report of 29.2 week usg. The HC was 30.53 cm. The hc/ac value was 1.16. Doctor did not say anything for this report.

I am a pcod patient and lil overweight and i used to take fincar and meprate for more than 1 yr. Then my gynaec stopped my medicines and then also my periods tend to come but the cycle was not normal. My hair fall started badly and doc advised to take aldactone. Please tell me does aldactone have any side effects and for how long it can be taken?

Does d chiro inositol and myo inositol tablets for long duration have any side effects for pcod patients?

For how long maximum can aldactone 50 be taken for hormonal and pcod related hairfall to not get any side effects?

On 5th jan ,had taken mtp pill after doctor advice... after taking first set of two pills of misoprostol at 10 am within 1 hour cramps and bleeding started lemon size clots within 2 to 4 hrs .. toke the second set of two pills at 4 pm... had bleeding continue... slowly cramping and ain eased after four days one clot each day coming out but not size of lemon ...bleeding is less ... is it normal

I am having random breast pain for a few weeks now. I get pinching pain for a moment on left side of chest which eventually fades away but it keeps coming back. Sometimes everyday and sometimes once or twice a week. Assuming it could be a heart related problem I got it checked but everything was clear then as this pain occurs in both chest side and upper back I got an x ray done two months ago but everything came out fine and doctor suggested it might be a posture issue As the pain started reoccurring now, I am not sure what is causing it It is not cyclic as I'm having the pain everyday The pain is mostly on the left side I do not have any lump or any other symptom I do not feel any discomfort while working out or doing any activity It's only the pain that keeps coming and going Please suggest what might be the reason as the pain brings down my regular energy and creates hindrance in my everyday life
