I am 19 yrs unmarried girl last 6-7 period was not coming on time so for every time I need to take norestherone twice for 5 days to get period then will my period arrive. Done tsh prolactin fsh lh sugar 40 days back all normal . Previous cycle I took norestherone for 25 days morning evening then I got my period which was very heavy and painful lasted for 7 day from 8 dec to 14 in this cycle also no period. Done sonography and showing that I have thickened endometrium 15.3 mm and pcos. Consulted gyno she is saying that I need immediate d&c because my endo is too thick she was forcing me to do it tomorrow only unless I will bleed very heavily again. After that I consulted another gyo she told me that no need for d&c she prescribed me meprate 10 mg for 7 days and tranexmic acid and mefanemic acid when period Will arrive with a painkiller. Afterwards she told me I will put u on 3 to 6 month on hormone and u will be fine do I need immediate d& c or it will be treated with medicine pls tell
