Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi Doctor, I am PCOD patient and also have endometriosis 1.45cm..so my doctor kept me on Duphaston tablet for 10days. But while I was on 6th or 7th day of tablet I had bleeding and still it's continuing. I went to my gynaecologist but she said first you complete Duphaston and then you have to come on 2nd day of periods. Today I finished my 10days course.. actually my doctor said me to come on 2nd day of the period so we can get our FSH and LH test done. But now I am not able to predict when would be my 2nd day of periods as the bleeding is still continuing???. Also is there any problem with endometriosis 1.45cm ?

Doctor I have been diagnosed with having bulky ovaries with right ovary sized 4.2*2.0*3.2 cm with 15ml volume and left ovary sized 4.5*2.3*3.3cm with 19 ml volume with thickened central aroma and multiple small follicles in periphery

I had a really intense orgasm and a small amount of faeces came out. I had recently gone to the bathroom beforehand. I'm normally fit and well, with no health problems, and I'm really concerned. Is this indication of a problem? Or is it just 'normal'?

She good withdrawal bleeding after week continued for a week thn she started med from gynocologist but after taking ten days bleeding again started .

I have been experiencing heavy and irregular menstruation for the past 1-2 years. After consulting my doctor, I was prescribed a contraceptive called Chelsea 35 ED (2mg cyproterone acetate + 35mcg ethynyloestradiol) to help ease the discomfort. I was also told that this would help with any other hormonal issues, as I also had a slightly high level of a male hormone. So the doctor believed this pill to be a fix-all. It has now been almost two months of continuous use of the pill and I am experiencing spotting after my period ends. This is both in the week after my period, and then again 10 days after the period has ended. I have been getting a dark discharge that resembles menstrual blood. I am worried about the continuous discharge, as well as whether the medication can have other adverse effects that I do not yet know of. Thank You for your help.

I had my periods on 30 th March to 3 April and today it's 07 April .when I was peeping I saw little bleeding like periods but it was few drop after when I went to pee there was no bleeding is there any serious problem or its normal ?
