Bilateral ovaries shown 10- 15 peripherally arranged follicles of 3- 6 mm diameter with central echogenic stroma. What this meaning,? Is there any problm ,? I consult a Dr ND said to me I have polycystic ovaries

My docter advised me for Productive Pcos for two month , my AMH level is 4.15ng/ml ( normal value 1-3.5 ng/ml ) i dont have any symtopms of pcos nd my cycle are regular. Is this AMH level really matters for my infertility?

My cycle is of 30 days and 4 days period but this time I got period on 28th April which was due on 2nd May but lasted for only 1 day with light watery red color bleeding then thick reddish brown discharge with few drops.
