I need a take treatment for this or it can be cute by proper diet???. Could please explain about pcos and give and give your suggestion me on this

I am taking Metformin daily 1000mg from last two months and i took deviry 10mg for 10days before my last menstrual cycle as suggested by my doctor. But the thing is, i heard people tend to loose weight with metformin. However I am gaining weight. Can someone please explain me the reason behind it and if its normal. Thank you Doctors in advance.

Have taken meprate to prepone periods since it is my wedding on May 12. Took meprate 3 tablets a day for 4 days of 10mg. Stopped using it on 30 April. Haven't received my periods yet.

And xenacare syrp But my issue is i can't eat anything and always feel like vomiting now its 1week pass since im taking this medicine i just stop eating.
