Ovarian cyst
Large , thin-walled ,anechoic cyst, without internal echoes or seprations seen in the right adnexa and extending to the uterus. The cyst measure 100×83×62 mm with a volume of approx 276 cc. Part of right ovarion parenchyma is seen in close relation to the cyst and measures 38x24 mm. Finding are most likely suggestive of right ovarion simple cyst.

You need to get operated as early as possible , it's a big cyst and needs laproscopic removal.
