Hi Doctor , I am 32 years old. I am a patient of PCOS diagnosed 18 years back . I am not on any kind of regular medication . I am missing my periods frequently .My average period cycle is 38 days but this time it's been 71 days I haven't got my periods. I was prescribed to consume Mephrate once. Should I repeat that medicine to regain my periods .

I m having problem regarding Brown discharge (spotting) from past 4 months. Every month after 1 week of periods it starts and continues till the period comes. M Taking homeopathic treatment, but no positive results till now. Doctor has said that it is due to harmonal imbalance. But m not sure and very concerned about it.
