My period is so late. Last month I got in time, but before two months also it was very late. This is very new to me, because every month I get in correct time. This month also it is delayed , today is my 53rd day. Kindly suggest something. Thyroid was checked recently it is normal , Iron profile and HB is also normal. Usg was done and everything is normal.

Found uterus measures 106 ×44 , anteverted bulky, altered architecture of posterior myometrium with few myometrial cysts likely localized adenomyosis. Endometrial thickness of 7 mm . Hi Doc My name is Pralina and I am married since 4 years. We are trying to conceive since last 2 yrs but in vain.i am having PCOD and in medications with follic acid 5mg, Tab Duphaston and Tab Siphene. I am on a balanced diet and gyming regularly but am not able to conceive prior to weight loss. I was 88 kg last year and currently I am 79.6 kg but still I am trying to loose weight.
