Period came two month late

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I had my period on March 26 2018 and my period didn’t come on April and may .Now on June 5 I started spotting pink discharge but the next two day I was bleeding but not heavy like my normal period.today when I wiped in the morning I have brown discharge . Since yesterday I been with nausea .The two month the my period didn’t come I was have pain in my ribs, sore breast and bloated stomach and mild cramps.

Kindly do a urine pregnancy test to be sure that you are not pregnant in case if you have been sexually active. Consult a gynaecologist near you after that. An ultrasound will also be needed to rule out any major issues
