Ma breast engorged fr more than a month. But ma baby is properly feeding that side... But then a big lump is present... Heat compress doesnt worked out.

I am getting irregular periods since the last two months. This month I haven't gotten my period at all yet but my entire body has been feeling weird. Hurting. Doctor prescribed for HUCOG 5000 Injection and some vitamins, iron tablets. The injection was taken on 16th may 2018. My age is 42 years can I conceive this time.
