10 days before my periods , there is bleeding from anus, without pain. It happened two time...first time it was few drops..second time it was moderate. My stomach is also not in a good position. 10 days before i went through excessive tention . What is the reason behind this?

I am on the pill microgynon and I had my period 2 weeks ago. I started a new pack of the pill 1 week ago and only took the first pill then forgot to take the rest. I’m now bleeding again and it’s only been 2 weeks from my last period, is this a side effect from not taking the pill?

Hi I was taking medicines for irregular periods that is medrigest or deviry 10 mg. When i stop taking medicine my periods get missed And i have thyroid also and taking 75 mg of thyronorm. Now i moved to canada and I don't have prescription to buy these medicines. Can you suggest me any medicine that i can buy from the counter and that donot need any prescription so that i can get through regular periods. Thanks.
