My periods r delayed by 10 days & having continuously pain in thighs & abdomen from 10 days. Which usually occurs before 1-2days before & during periods. It’s just unbearable; unable to concentrate on anything. Feeling cold sometimes other time hot.

I have a pressure on my bladder that I can only feel when I'm walking. I also am on my menstrual cycle so is it normal when on your cycle it is it a disease?

I have been experiencing some discomfort in my right breast since the past 2-3 days. It feels like a spark, comes n goes in seconds. I feel it max 3-4 times in the entire day, mostly at night while lying down. I have tried checking for lumps but didn't feel anything. Could this be just because of sensitivity or bad posture while sleeping or do I need to see a doctor. I have felt this similar spark like pain before too.. like all women do but I got concerned this time because I felt it at the same spot about 3 times. Please advice.
