Pregnancy and Infertility

I am 49 years old. I was just diagnosed with the following : My uterus is fibroid in appearance measuring 4.3x5.8 x 10.4 cm in size. 8mm fundal fibroid noted. I have alot of pain and cramping. Frequency in urination and bowel have increased. Tests for bladder infection etc all came back ok . What does this mean for me and should I be concerned ?

She do not have regular periods and they are never healthy. So suffers from weekness and falls continously sick.

I have always had quite heavy bleeding during my period and have recently been put on iron supplements to combat iron deficiency. And I've been having spotting after my period for the past 2 monthly cycles now that lasts a few days but is not heavy bleeding. I don't really even have any pain anywhere near my abdominal area. So I'm just wondering if the spotting could be due to stress and hormonal imbalances since I don't just want to see a doctor and worry if it isn't serious. Thanks!
