It depends upon you how much is the amniotic fluid index level and also how many weeks pregnant you are... you need to first rule out the causes of oligohydramnios which can be fetal causes as well as maternal causes... you need to take rest ,have lots of fluid and you can add few sachet like argipreg ...it's better to consult your gynecologist for a more detailed picture
