How should I detect that if I have PCOD OR PCOS, if my pelvic reports are normal. Any blood test? Or checkup?

My periods are always irregular but after 23rd dec i dont have period still. My test negative. So i consult with my gynac. She preferred me Deviry 10mg tab for 3 days( 3 times) a day. But after that also, I dont have period after waiting 10 days I again consult with doctor she gave me Aqsusten 25 mg injection. It was 5 days past, but still I don't have period..My doctor said according to the sonography report done 15 days ago, it is great chane of period, then why period not come. What should I do now? Please help me..
