Pregnancy and Infertility

I had my medical abortion two weeks ago. It was good. But today i did ultrasound and report says that : Uterus: normal size, anteverted position, myometrium is homogenous Mixed echogenic area measuring about 16*06 mm is noted in the upper and mid part of body of uterine cavity possibly clotted blood Comment: suggestive of clotted blood D/D: Retained product of conception. What treatment can i take now? Do i need surgery?

I am 19 years old. I have irregular periods from the very beginning. It's like sometimes it's on time right after a month and sometimes it goes 7-15 days beyond the date. Presently it's been more than 48 days since my last period. I fail to understand the reason behind it.

I am done with my sterilisation and started getting my periods regularly but this month I din get my periods and I'm worried.. what will be the reason..? We recently shifted to Bangalore from Chennai.. will The climate change has any influence on this..? Pls help

Day 16 i have done follicular study...it suggest that follicle collapsed.. Does this mean egg ruptured ?? What is the difference between egg ruptured and follicle collapsed ?? Today is 39th day but not positive (i have irregular periods)
