Can PCOS come back after laproscopy?
I am trying to concieve since 3 years and have pcos. I used lot of fertility drugs but of no use. My doctor advised to undergo laproscopy...but my concern is that will it come back after surgery?

Very few patients with PCOS need Laparoscopy. You can be benefited ONLY if your weight is normal, testosterone is normal, you tried oral medicines to induce ovulation and that failed, LH is more than 10.
Otherwise Laparoscopy will damage the ovaries significantly.
Pl remember PCOS is a hormonal Problem and is NOT curable. So think twice before Laparoscopy in PCOS
