In my ultrasound reports it was mentioned there in Impression - MSF in ovaries. Does that mean I have pcos ? As it was my 6th day when I did the USG so I'm confused if it's related to the ovalution or if it's symptoms of pcos ? And also do oral contraceptives don't have any side effects ?

Msf doesn't mean, pcod these are normal follicles, nothing to worry we can't say oral contraceptives are always safe, you need to take oral contraceptives always after evaluation.
Polycystic ovarian syndrome has 3 components to diagnose:
1. Symptoms: Delayed or Irregular periods, Hirsutism, acne or oily skin, dark patches of skin in folds and creases, Inappropriate male features, loss of scalp hair, or presence of unwanted hair, Weight gain.
2. Labs: Hormonal imbalance
3. USG: Scan shows multiple follicle almond with increased Ovarian volume
Any 2 out of 3 suggests PCOS
Oral contraceptive pills:
Now a days low dose OC pills are available which has very minimal side effects. But cases are there with severe adverse effects like Pulmonary embolism or Deep vein thrombosis.
So always consult Gynecologist before starting pills. Do baseline blood tests, sonography And go for scheduled follow up.
