Hello My friend got periods on feb 9 th and she got married on feb 14th and she got periods on march 9th. That too there is spotting of blood during passing of urine. No flow of blood during her 3 days of periods. After that today ( mar 31st) again there is little spotting of blood during urination. Not flow of blood. Please advice

I have been trying to conceive for two years without success  so I went the hospital I did hsg and results were I have a hydrosalpinx and peritubal adhesions . And I experience the following symptoms 1.painful periods

Hi, I am having issues with my periods. I had a Caesarian in 2017. From last October my period became a little irregular. Sometimes I get it twice a month and last for almost two weeks. My doc asked me to take a scan and also did an internal examination. Everything seemed normal. She asked me to take Freedase tablet for 6 months. I am little worried if it will have any side effects like weight gain since it's a hormonal tablet. Can anyone suggest if it's safe to take it as I am in the process of losing my weight. And can u pls tell me how safe is this tablet?? Will this cure my problem? I am currently bleeding (10days) and it's my 2 period this month.

Last period date was 24th January, haven't got periods for 2 months.  Any medication that could help
